Nice store, and great staff. Unfortunately, their prices are very high. I would have given them 3 stars, but they have a sign out front claiming to have the cheapest prices in Thunder Bay.

Please correct your store’s information on google, and remove “delivery” as an option. Or otherwise, please correct your website if you do deliver, because when online ordering, delivery isn’t an option. Thank you

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge how great the customer service is here .I never leave reviews on anything .However, I felt that it was necessary because of how great my experience was. I purchased a product approximately four - five days ago ( April 5th) and this morning (April 9)when I went to use it, it didn’t work. Keep in mind that this product was now opened and used but still pretty much full. I found the Fort William store because I couldn’t get through to the Port Arthur location where a gentleman told me after explaining the situation that usually they don’t exchange things. I told the employee at the Fort William store that I would go up there and speak to whoever was at that store. I just wasn’t sure if they would be open because it was Easter Sunday. Upon walking in I realized that it was someone different that I haven’t really seen before ,and I was worried that I would have to speak to a manufacturer and go through the hassle , waiting a decent amount of time for a new product . Whenwhen I explained the situation to the employee he told me that he was going to text boss. In the meantime another customer to come in the store so I said “would you like to serve him first ? and I can wait a few minutes ? and just as I said that he looked up from his phone and said I’m just going to replace it for you. No hassle, no arguing , no” how do I know you bought it from here ?“just great customer service !thank you rainbows on bay, and the employee that I didn’t catch the name of. I will be returning back from now on..

Personal polite efficient . They aim to be curtious and kind, even when store is packed! Have called in to get help on orders ... they still take time to offer a smile. Warmth. Great Deals... cheapest weed dispensary in town. Piece of old home! Like good old days,... A friendly neighborhood store front and polite staff.
